Fixing a “Link Expired” Error at Login

A “Link Expired” message means the link you clicked (often from an older email) has timed out.

What to do

  1. Instead of using the old link, go straight to scanhub.upscan.com and log in there.
  2. If you were trying to set or reset your password, request a fresh link from the password reset page.
  3. Open the new link promptly, as these links are time-limited.
