How to sign in to your GUSI account and find your way around.
Two platforms, two logins
- GUSI Website (globalultrasoundinstitute.com/account) — this is where you manage your account: view orders, update your subscription, and edit your profile.
- ScanHub (scanhub.upscan.com/dashboard) — this is where you go for course materials, scan reviews, and certificates.
Important: these are two separate logins. Signing in to the GUSI Website does not automatically log you in to ScanHub, and vice versa — you’ll need to log in to each one separately.
Log in to ScanHub (for courses, scan reviews, certificates)
- Go to scanhub.upscan.com/dashboard and enter your email and password.
- Note: your password is case sensitive, so type it exactly as provided.
- Alternatively, you can access ScanHub from the GUSI Website — click LOGIN, then select SCANHUB from the dropdown.
- You can also sign in with Google, but the Google account you use must be the same one associated with your order. If you use a different Google account, your account/order won’t be found.
Once logged in to ScanHub:
- Group Leaders: you’ll be directed to your Dashboard. By default, the Individual Progress view is shown — switch to the Group Progress tab to monitor your assigned group.
- Learners: you’ll be directed to your Individual Dashboard, showing an overview of your personal activities and progress.
- Access your materials by heading to the My Courses tab.
Log in to the GUSI Website (for orders & subscriptions)
- Go to globalultrasoundinstitute.com/account and click LOGIN, then select ACCOUNT from the dropdown.
- Enter your email and password.
- You can also sign in with Google — again, it must be the same Google account associated with your order.
- Once logged in, you’ll find your orders and subscription management on your Dashboard.
Update your profile or password (ScanHub)
Click the user icon in the upper-right corner and select Profile. You can update your name and password there. Usernames cannot be changed — to update your email, please contact support.
Locked out?
After 5 incorrect login attempts, you’ll be locked out for 15 minutes. To avoid this, use the password reset page to reset your password.
Still need help?
Email support@globalultrasoundinstitute.com and we’ll be glad to assist.
Since the GUSI Website and ScanHub are separate logins, you’ll need to reset your password separately for each one if you use both.
Reset your GUSI Website password
- On the account page of globalultrasoundinstitute.com/account, click “Forgot Password” or a similar link on the login screen, or go directly to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the request.
- Check your inbox for a reset link (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes).
- Click the link and enter your new password.
- Log back in at globalultrasoundinstitute.com/account using your new password.
Reset your ScanHub password
- Go to scanhub.upscan.com/dashboard.
- Click Forgot Password (or similar link) on the login screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your ScanHub account and submit the request.
- Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam/junk folder if needed).
- Click the link and set your new password.
- Log back in with your new credentials.
- Note: your password is case sensitive, so type it exactly as you set it.
If the reset doesn’t work
Email support at support@globalultrasoundinstitute.com and ask for a manual password reset.
Tip: resetting your password also clears a temporary lockout from too many failed attempts.
A “Link Expired” message means the link you clicked (often from an older email) has timed out.
What to do
- Instead of using the old link, go straight to scanhub.upscan.com and log in there.
- If you were trying to set or reset your password, request a fresh link from the password reset page.
- Open the new link promptly, as these links are time-limited.
Note: If you are using a group invite link, contact your group leader to request a new invite.

- If your password isn’t working, reset it using the password reset page.
If you can log in but your courses are gone

If videos still won’t play, please contact support at support@globalultrasoundinstitute.com. Describe the issue, including which videos are affected and any error messages you received.
Note whether the problem affects all videos or only specific ones, as this helps us pinpoint the cause. Include a screenshot or recording showing the issue when it happens.
A course is only marked complete once both of these are met:
- Every video has been watched to 100%.
- Every quiz has been passed at 80% or above.
Find what’s outstanding
- Open the course outline and look for any video that isn’t fully watched or any quiz below 80%.
- Complete those items, then refresh the course page.
Notes:
If you are using the mobile app, try switching to the web version by logging in through a browser. Some features and structural steps may not be visible on the mobile app due to display differences, but they will be fully accessible on the web version. Completing these hidden steps on the web will contribute to your overall course completion.
If everything is done and the course still shows incomplete, contact support at support@globalultrasoundinstitute.com so we can investigate.
