How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it yourself in a minute.

Reset it yourself

1. Open the password reset page.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account and submit.
3. Check your inbox for the reset email — if it’s not there within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.

If the reset doesn’t work

Email support and ask for a manual password reset. Tip: resetting your password also clears a temporary lockout from too many failed attempts.
