I Can’t Access My Account

If you used to have access and now don’t, it’s usually one of two things: a sign-in problem, or a lapsed subscription.

Rule out a sign-in problem first

  1. Try logging in at globalultrasoundinstitute.com.
  2. If your password isn’t working, reset it using the password reset page.

If you can log in but your courses are gone

Your subscription may have expired or been changed. Contact support so we can check your account status and either restore your access or help you resubscribe.
